1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how ALL AMERICA FIX AND SERVICE LLC ("All America", "we", "us"), 300 Biscayne Blvd, Apt 3503, Miami, FL 33131, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.allamericafixandservice.com, contact us, or receive our calls and text messages. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, who may use it only for that purpose.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, your business details and anything you write in a message.
- SMS consent records: whether you agreed to Customer Messages; the exact wording shown to you; the date and time; the page URL; your IP address; and your browser user agent. We also keep records of opt-outs and HELP requests.
- Communications: emails and text messages you exchange with us, and recordings of phone calls, together with call notes, transcripts and summaries, some of which may be produced with AI tools.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and server logs, collected automatically when you use the Site.
- Client project data: information we process on behalf of business clients while delivering a project is handled under our agreement with that client.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, give you a quote, schedule consultations and provide our services.
- To send the calls and texts you agreed to receive, and to honour opt-outs.
- To keep a record of consent, as telecommunications rules require.
- To review calls for quality and training, and to keep an accurate record of what was agreed.
- To keep the Site and our systems secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law and to enforce our Terms.
4. Call recordings
We may record and transcribe calls with us. We will tell you at the start of a call when it is being recorded; if you do not want the call recorded, tell us and we will continue without recording or offer another way to talk. Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and are then deleted.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that work for us under confidentiality obligations — for example website hosting, our customer relationship management system, telephone and SMS delivery, email, payment processing and AI tools — and only so they can provide their service to us. The SMS limits in the box above apply to them.
- Authorities where the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and property.
- A successor business if All America is reorganised, merged or sold, subject to this policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferred for anyone's marketing.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to show compliance, typically at least four years after your last interaction.
7. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Calls and email: ask us to stop by phone, by email, or by replying to any email.
- Access, correction and deletion: email office@allamericafixandservice.com with the subject "Privacy request", or call (305) 395-4954. Tell us what you would like us to do and how to reach you. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your information we will do so, except for anything we must keep by law — including a record that you opted out, so that we do not contact you again.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
The Site and our messages are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our text programs are for people aged 18 and over.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
